Planning where to stay for the Monaco Grand Prix is always a challenge
due to the endless wonderful areas in the vicinity. While most visitors
would like to stay in Monaco. The reality is, due to the limited number of
hotel rooms in the "City" and the huge demand, prices are quite
elevated and availability is extremely minimal.
Most Grand Prix fans stay in nearby Nice, France. There is convenient
transport between Nice and Monaco on the train (they run frequently) and
the trip takes less than thirty minutes.
The hotels in Europe and along the Riviera use a Star rating system but
don't be fooled by this. There are many very nice three star hotels
that are far superior in cosmetics and service than some of the four star
properties. Each one our selected hotels have been recently
inspected and offer a variety of ambience and services. While the
rates during the Grand Prix period are also higher in Nice they are
significantly less than in Monaco and there are far more restaurants to
enjoy in Nice (most don't even require reservations).
Don't overlook the quaint villages of Cap Ferrat, Ville Franche and
Beaulieu located between Nice and Monaco. You can also expect higher
prices and difficulty in finding availability but with early reservations
we can accommodate you in these locations as well.
